Six stages. The same house runs all of them, which is why the detail survives the journey to site.
- 01Brief and moodboardSend a plan or photos on WhatsApp and we arrange a site visit. We listen to how you live and agree the direction before anything is drawn.You receiveA moodboard and material direction.
- 02Space planningLayouts are tested against daylight, circulation and storage until the plan works on paper.You receivePlans with furniture layouts and a first look at the flow.
- 03Design and visualisationMaterials, joinery and lighting are designed, then shown in 3D so you can see the room before it exists.You receiveVisualisations and a finish schedule.
- 04Drawings for siteEvery detail the site will ask for is drawn: joinery, electrical points, ceiling and floor setting out.You receiveA construction set the trades can build from.
- 05Construction and finishingOur own teams carry out structure, finishing and fit-out, supervised against the drawings.You receiveA site that follows the design, not a version of it.
- 06HandoverSnagging, final cleaning and the last details, then the keys.You receiveA finished space, ready to live in.
