Terms

This website

This site presents the work of HAD Design & Construction. It is a portfolio, not an offer or a contract. The work shown belongs to us and to the clients who commissioned it.

Photographs and visualisations

Images marked as a visualisation are three-dimensional renders of a design, not photographs of a built room. Everything else is a photograph of completed work. Finishes, furniture and lighting vary between projects, and nothing shown here is a promise of a particular result on another site.

Using our material

The images, drawings, text and the HAD Design name and marks on this site are ours. You may share a link freely. You may not republish, copy or use the material commercially without our written permission.

Quotes and projects

Any price, scope or programme we discuss becomes binding only in a signed agreement for a specific project. Conversations on WhatsApp or by phone are a starting point, not a contract.

Accuracy

We keep this site as accurate as we can, and it is updated as projects are completed and confirmed. If something here looks wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
